SHIPPING POLICY
At AULISEA, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• Australia: 3–8 business days
• New Zealand: 5–12 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom and Europe: 7–18 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
These delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aulisea.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@aulisea.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
